  • Customer first name, last name, phone number, and email address.
  • Booking information: chosen service, date, time, duration, number of guests, and notes.
  • Payment information where a deposit is required for the booking.
  • Technical data about website use, security, request frequency, and cookie preference choices.

  • Receiving, confirming, and fulfilling bookings — contract performance or steps taken before entering into a contract.
  • Communicating about a booking, cancellation, or reschedule — contract performance and legitimate interests.
  • Processing deposit payments — contract performance.

  • Analytics and performance measurement — consent.

4. Service providers and recipients

  • Supabase — booking database and administrative data storage.
  • Stripe — deposit payment processing.
  • Resend — sending confirmation emails.
  • Google Calendar — placing bookings into a calendar.
  • Google Maps — showing embedded map content on the site.
  • Vercel — site hosting, analytics, and performance measurement after consent.

5. Transfers outside the EEA

Some service providers used by the website may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases, processing is subject to the provider's terms and applicable data transfer safeguards.
